Students Deserve has over 30 student-led school chapters across the Los Angeles Unified School District. Joining a school chapter is one of the simplest ways to stay plugged into our work and support our youth-led campaigns.
Students Deserve’s community of parents and caregivers support our student-led school chapters and campaigns. Together, students, parents, and educators co-lead the movement to end the school-to-prison pipeline with Students Deserve through our student-led school chapters.

parent leadership institute
Parent Leadership Institutes are short, intensive skill-building and political education sessions for parent leaders from all around Los Angeles to come together throughout the school year. Parents gain knowledge and skills in organizing, facilitation, advocacy, civic engagement, and political education.
